Not cheap, but they're showing all the football on the outdoor big screen and the place was packed. Nice atmosphere but dreadfully slow service - food quite good. Causation: the technical foreseeability is rather clear, see above. Existence of a duty: the management's duty, I agree. The difficulties remain on establishing what the appropriate standard of care is. Once this is established, a breach of that duty wilL become plain.
